This Is the House That Kenz Built

My daughter was invited to the home of her friends to make a gingerbread house. When the party was over, she carried the house to the car, held it on her lap and then carried it inside our home without a mishap.

Just as she placed her beautiful house on the kitchen counter, it collapsed!

The journaling is a poem patterned after "This is the House that Jack Built" nursery rhyme.

The house and borders are all paper pieced and finished with markers.

I like to look through the quotes and poems section of the Scrapbook.com Library to get ideas for my journaling.
