Poor Bob in his shorts! LOL Too funny! Your photos are really great, and I love the colors you used on this one Lesley. The page border is a really cool addition to the layout.
I love the scalloped frame and how you put the buttons down one side. Overall, this is a very nice design and a great display of 3 pictures. Also really like the papers, too. Great idea with the website.
Pg 2 to my Canadian Natives layout. I found the history of the Natives of Turtle Island (North America), so fascinating I couldn't fit it all on the journaling. Thought of doing just a page full of it then thought in this technological age I would put a brief outline then include the web page that I found held the most interesting facts, about this most fascinating part of history.
Upon arriving we were told their story around the camp fire, and despite Bob's dress, shirt and shorts...it really was as described in Pg 1, absolutely freezing, we went to Ottawa straight after the Caribbean and he was still in 'warm' mode, soon realised he had made a mistake when hit with temperatures around zero.
Cut the outer frame with Cricut using 'Stamping' cartridge The strip of red scallop edge embellishment was cut using 'Mother's Day' cartridge Papers miscellaneous from my stash.
