Upside Down Clowns

The upside down clowns have been part of Toronto's Santa Claus Parade for many decades. Children have been amazed. I used chipboard letters and numbers. For the background paper, I used 4 sheets from a scrapbook page a day desktop calendar. Happy face stickers were added and then I added googly eyes.
