I used to try to be perfect, and when I didn't do something right, I'd really grind on myself for it. Over the last couple years, I've been learning to accept and take responsiblity for my mistakes. To the point that now I almost welcome them. I just recognize it was the first time I was wrong today, apologize for whatever I just did, and then I move forwards. I've found a freedom in recognizing that I'm wrong.vThus the light feeling of this ATC.
