I really felt like playing around with faux stitching on this one. LOL Got the idea for the flowers from a t-shirt. 12x15 lo. Thanks for peeking!
- Made the "S" by placing solid paper on top of chipboard letter S and sanding. For dimension, I mounted on fun foam.
- All "stitching" is fake, of course.
- All journaling is hidden behind the photo to be pulled out with the little circle tab.
- Fringed the bottom strip of purple cardstock.
Journaling:
"Oh yea, now you guys are all smiles. With Cheerios in hand, you giggle and laugh as you rock back and forth on the teeter totter…heavy sigh. Just a few minutes before, you were driving me totally NUTS!
I can only blame it on the fact that Mommy couldn’t get her act together quick enough to make a trip to the San Jose Children’s Discovery Museum so you can run off some of that endless store of energy. So, we stayed home to while away the afternoon until Pappa came home. Not content, you insisted on going outside to the neighborhood playlot. There was a bit of a chill in the air - the reason for Mommy’s hesitation in letting you go outside. But of course, why would you care? All you guys knew was you needed to get out of the house. So here we are, at your favorite little park. Scrunchy smiles abound while you stare at Mommy as if to say, “I told you so,” ignoring the fact that your fingers were ice cold by the time we left.
