I started with making a rectangle opening with a 2 pin tool, then cut open, then pinstripped two lines around opening. Then with the main rose, I used a glitter gel pen and outlined each petal before gluing. I quilled the butterfly with cordinating colors and added silver glitter! I used punches for the leaves. Then, I used the ribbon punch on lower edge, and weaved silver ribbon through. I then cut loweredg with victorian cutter, and used glitter silver gel pen to edge.
