I love Grant Wood's American Gothic so it was only natural that I would suggest to my husband and daughter that they re-create the pose. We didn't get it exactly right, but I enjoyed a good laugh while taking the picture!
The bottle caps are by Spare Parts. The papers are K and Company's Ancestry.com collection. Some of the papers are listed on this site but not the ones I used. The material used at the bottom of the paper is actually Aida cloth used for cross-stitching that I distressed. Don't want to bore anyone with details so I will just post those on my blog.
