This LO was inspired by a challenge at Paper Posies. We were to use a clothing item to inspire us. My top in the photo inspired me to make ruffles on my page. I did so with Jenni Bowlin crepe paper and my handy-dandy Sew Mini. I used a Pencil Lines sketch for the design and a Paper Posies kit.
