Blank inside. Love how it turned out. I had so many scraps from a CK stack I bought at Jo's ages ago. Decided it would be fun to cut them in different widths. Then after I was done, I realized that the pink flower strip had a tiny stain at the bottom. EEK! Sooo... Ribbon! LOL Cupcake stamp is from the Stampin' Up Out of the Box set.
