It's called a project organizer....and you can still get them at Canadian Tire as far as I know....when they go on sale they are about $149.99 and are special purchase.

I this is a Paper organizer I got from Canadian Tire.It's great! My paper is down both sides and the drawers in the center hold stamp sets and ink pads etc.
