Well I am into flowers but not so much hearts and flowers. Usually dh and I exchange Little shoebox cards..you know goofy things. But I thought I'd make him a mushy layout in lieu of a card this year. There's a lot of glitter but it doesn't show up. I stickled the little cupids' wings.
The 3 pps are all DCWV who btw are coming out with the most gorgeous stacks. The ones I used here are Rustic which are the two pink pps (I cut out the heart free hand)..both glittered and the strip along the side with the flowers is cut from a piece of Ciao Bella which is a stack with lots of birds and flowers and gorgeous designs and colors. One interesting thing is the group of flowers on the right which is part of the pp are the exact same grouping of flowers from a piece of Websters Pages pp I have from the Your Life Beautiful line. I wonder if the companies are connected. Interesting how they would use the same image.
Anyway the products I used here are
the heart that looks like ivory is a thing that fell off an old belt of mine. The little cupids are from Melissa Frances..they were too white so I colored them with my Copic markers. The word Love is from Prima for M's as are the teeniest rosebuds. The brown lace is from my stash maybe Prima Elysse.
