Here is my future Doggie Doctor Madison. Santa brought here a Barbie Hug N Heal puppy for Christmas 2005 and she hasn't stopped playing with him since. I thought I should capture her current obsession before it's too late!! LOL
Journaling on the "clipboard"
is a prescription (or a scription as she would pronounce it..LOL)
It says:

RX: Give Hugs and Kisses whenever Scruffy is sad or lonely
Signed: Madison (I let her write her name with my EK Success colored pencil)
The clipboard is handmade. I used a thick piece of chipboard and painted it brown. The clip is a magnetic bulldog clip (I removed the magnet part)I painted the clip part with black MM paint.
There is hidden journaling under the picture located at the top with the tab that says "patient #012-345"
It reads:

Maddie: Mom, I don't wanna take care of ALL

their heart beats and write them scriptions!
At 4 1/2 years old and this determined, Madison honey, Momma thinks you can be whatever you want to be!
