My dd on picture day and she was FINALLY satisfied with her hair! ;-)
For the February ribbon challenge:
Lace was used over the metallic paper border, there are two bows (one above the title in sheer white ribbon and another in the center of the flower that was sewn together), and knos are tied in the ribbon that is down the center of the border and in the white ribbon hanging from the flower!
