Supplies: Tattered Angels Chipboard Tile Nature, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists and Glaze, Tattered Angels Time for Romance Calling Card, Prima pebble, Tattered Angels Heidi Swapp Tag, Tattered Angels Glimmer Glass Regal, Tattered Angels Rose, Rangers Archival Inks, 3L Scrapbook Adhesives Phototape and Foam Pads, K&Company Brad and Lace by Webster's Pages
I used two different colors of Glimmer Mist on top of the Chipboard Tile. I then used a sepia Archival Ink Pad to release the embossed areas of the Chipboard. I sprayed glimmer mist on a mat and then used a brush and painted the rose.I also used some Glimmer Glaze on top of the rose. I mounted the Banner on top of 3D Foam Pads to add some dimension.
