This is for the week 4 of the monthly sketch challenge

This is my son kyle when he turned two, (he is now 18) I used to make wedding and birthday cakes, so when my kids birthdays came around I always made the cake they wanted. Unfortunately, do to my joint problems in my back, and to much stooping over to make all the cakes, I had to stop making them. I really miss doing it, its like scrapbooking, always trying to create something that says wow. I know I have a hard time getting a wow out of a male layout.. but I'm trying lol.

My journaling says:

to believe that
Kyle is two!
Ernie was your
favorite on
Sesame Street.
So after a lot of
work, I made
you your very
own Ernie
birthday cake.
It was so cute
watching you
try to blow out
your two little
candles. Of
course the
best part was
getting to eat
the cake.
