With only 3 more weeks before Easter, its time to ramp up the Easter card making. Some cards for Easter are whimsical and cute showing images of adorable bunnies, and cute little chicks, but then there is the serious side of Easter the real reason we celebrate this advent of spring; the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. I always make a few more serious Easter cards, for a few family members who really appreciate the mystery of this observance.
I created this card for my in-laws, using one of my favorite Easter sets from Gina K Designs Easter Blessings. I layered the stamped image onto layers of floral prints by Dover Craft and embellished with Zva Creative pearls and flowers.
