April 10, 2007 -- The first full day after I got Abigail. Journaling says: When you only weigh 1 1/2 pounds the world is a pretty scary place. Abby didn't like the backyard at first. She would stand on my feet or reach up my leg with a butterfly's touch and cry to be picked up.

This is for:
1. March Color Challenge - Very Berry.
The LO's had to be mainly purple, maroon, and burgundy.

2. March Use Your Supplies - Week 4 ~ Coloration.
We had to use inks, dyes, etc. in 3 different ways on the LO. I used 6 Glimmer Mists, 4 inks, 1 paint, and 1 Smooch. I used them to make the bg, to dye the fabrics, to embellish, to make the spot for rubons, to edge, and to stamp. I did the twist to use no patterned paper on the LO.

3. ABC Challenge Round 12 - TUVW.
T - Texture: I have lace, fibers, chipboard, and acetate as well as the flower and butterfly.
U - Under: The lace is under the photo, and the tag is also tucked under the photos.
V - Vine: I stamped a vine on either side of the flower.
W - Why did I buy this?: I have 3 bottles of Smooch, and I've never used them before. I never know what to do with them. Here, I used one to paint centers on some of the flowers on the stamped vine.

4. An old VLB Challenge to use our favorite color.
Mine is purple.

5. Pet Challenge.
