This is my DD at her first piano recital. I wish I could figure out how to take a photo of my LO that serves it justice...hmpf...Anyway I wanted to try using some different materials and techniques with this page. I used SVG files and my cricut to cut out some of the flowers and all of the leaves, I also used feathers and flocking. I used a photocopy of some piano music from my daughter's books and used those with my cricut to cut out the flowers. I then distressed the flowers using inks and layered them to give them a 3-d effect. I used flocking and beads for the flower centers and used stickles to go around the flower centers. I inked up the leaves and used a stylus to curl the leaves and the flower petals. I inked up the tag as well. I used transparencies with black borders to cover my pictures with and Mariposa paper.
