I used pp that I have had for over 10 years. I cut the insides out of two heart doilies and used them to frame the picture. I matted the picture on pink parchment cardstock and inked the edges. I removed the flowers from photo corners and used them on the doilie. I inked the sweet tag to match the other inking. I cut a tag with my cuttlebug, inked the edges, added the balloons which I outlined with marker for more definition and used a large glittered brad to attach to page. I used my cuttlebug to make the #1 and xyroned it to a metal tag from my stash, added a flower and some pearls.
