Give a Cheer
Inspired by pagemaps. This LO is about baking Christmas cookies with my DS. He loves the story of the Gingerbread Man and was looking forward to baking gingerbread cookies for over a month! FYI, baking gingerbread cookies from scratch is kinda complicated.
The bg paper is a piece from the Kaleidoscope collection by MME, sprayed with glimmer mist just because I love doing that. Red piece is AC, pp is Jolly By Golly by CC, and the gingerbread man and 12" strip is Fruitcake by BG. It was fun to mix all these collections together. I cut the gingerbread man from Stretch Your Imagination, his white icing is white cardstock topped with stickles and his "candy" is an assortment of brads. The hot drink is from Graphically Speaking. The outline was cut from white cardstock but I didn't like it so I actually colored it in with a black gel pen. A little tedious but worth it. The stitching is rub ons from DCWV. The title and "made with love" sentiment are rub ons.
