I made this l/o using the April Main kit from MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK. I was going for a different look on this l/o, more of a collage and loads of machine and hand stitching. I wanted to try some stitching with metalic/shimmery thread but couldn't find it on a spool for my machine so I pulled a little trick. I used cotton thread and then lightly went over some of the stitches with Stickles! It's easier to see the detailing on the close-up pic's at my blog ~~> gabriellepollacco.blogspot.com/
