I haven't viewed how it previously looked yet, but I love the clean lines and simplicity in the LO that reflect Stonehenge itself. Also love the fibres on the tags and the lettering in the title.
This is the first time I've been back to your gallery since you made the changes. This is much better. The understated ribbons are much better, you see them, but they are not the main focus anymore - your amazing photo is! That's the way it should be. I love your journaling. Excellent lo.
Oh I love the changes you have made. I like the burned edges and I too like the ROCK journaling :) That is what I first thought of when I saw it. Great work!!
Looks great -- I actually like the edge of the journaling, looks almost like a stone itself based on its shape and the shapes of the ones on the ground in the picture. I don't really notice the burn on the other paper from the picture, does it seem more pronounced in person?
Actually it's not ink. I burned the edges of the PP and velum!! My first attempt at it. I'm glad I took off the excess ribbons! Thanks for all your input!
WOW I totally like what you did with the ribbon, that looks just right! I hope you don't hate me for this, but I must say I really liked the fresh clean torn edges on the first version over the inked on this LO. I also really like the fact that you did the journaling on vellum. I love vellum!
