Over Spring Break 2010, my boys wanted to see How to Train Your Dragon. I took photos, saved my tickets, and bought the children's movie book at Wally's and cut out the pictures of Hiccup and the dragons. We enjoyed it, and ate at Red Lobster afterwards. Oh, and my "boys" are 16 and 20, but still love good fantasy and dragon stories. I stickled the eyes and key touches on each of the dragons, and think the night fury's eyes came out awesome! The detail cutting on the book images was the hardest part, as the new BoBunny papers did the heavy lifting for the distressed movie theme, so I didn't mat, just rounded the corners of the photos and let the paper shine. Sometimes less is more... And the stickles was my reward for all that cutting ~ the fun part! I think it really adds some pop!
