Some pics of my youngest son as he starts off the baseball season this year.
Journaling reads: "This is your first year playing on the Majors. Your team, the Orioles, are off to a good start. There's such great talent on the team. You've done so well at so many positions, I think the coach is having a tough time deciding where to play you! In one game you played 1st base, catcher, center-field, left field and then catcher again! One of the pitcher's on your team is throwing at 70+ miles per hour! So catching is not only difficult, but dangerous! Doesn't matter, you're up to the task. I surely enjoy watching you........" then there is the word art that says "Play Ball"
Along the text path it says "Your first year in the Majors, playing for the Orioles. Left-handed batter that can catch and play in- or out-field!"
I created the background paper by cutting 2 papers and combining them to create the sun rays against a blue sky. The "grass" was created by making a shape to use as a mask. Bon Scrapatit: paper Atomic Cupcake: leather baseball, journal tag. word art, alpha Pattie Knox: brad Katie Pertiet: date tag Rhonna Ferrar: circle gear stamp (recolored) 4 Shades of Blue Design: paint splatter, stars, mesh
