My Little Gymnast

This is my son, Adam, when he was seven years old. Journaling reads: From the time that he was small, Adam has loved to try new things. When he was in the first grade, he would go with me to take Sarah to her ballet class. While we waited for her, he would wander down the hall to watch the gymnastics class. It didn’t take long for him to decide that he wanted to try that class.
So, we signed him up and bought the required leotard and parachute pants. He had a wonderful time that year and it was amazing to see how quickly he mastered the parallel bar and floor exercises. The parallel bars were his favorite, how he loved to flip!!!
By the time second grade rolled around, he had moved on to other interests and decided not to take gymnastics that year. This photo was taken one evening, just after coming home from class.
