LO of pictures from my daughter's 11th Birthday. The candle was converted into a SVG file and I glittered the dots and the flame. The flower is a grunge rose, cut from the Webster's Encyclopedic Dictionary. I blinged the swirls on the frame and embossed the angel wings with the Swiss Dots folder. Oh, and I distressed the edges with my new Distrezz-It-All!
