This is my catch-all page for May 2009. I always do a page each month with all the odds and ends that don't fit into any other lo's. For 2009, I want the pages to feel like the contents of an overflowing dayplanner, and I'm also including each month's birthstone, flower, and astrological signs. My January through April LO's are in my gallery (2009 Album & Month LO's in 'albums').

I chose green for the base of this LO for the May birthstone - Emerald.

I stamped and heat embossed the flower/butterfly border and the calendar stamp on the cardstock. The flower is the May flower, the lily of the valley. I made reduced copies/scans of the Mother's Day card Cassie made for me and an item from the school newsletter. The little article is slipped in behind the photo. That photo is of my Sensation lilac - it's a left over from another LO I'm working on.
