this bird (I think it is some kind of crane) was setting on the rocks at the pier with his wings spread trying to dry his feathers, I assumed he had been fishing. but he sat here for a long time, now and ten he would turn his head backwards and run his beak down his tail feathers. now a bird with this long neck can easily turn his head backwards to pick his tail, But for a human to do this would be to DEFY all logic.
