Selva Negra, Nicaragua. Journaling: Selva Negra has an excellent restaurante. All of the food is organically grown on site. They even make their own cheeses. This was our waitor. Nica keep a straight face for pictures, not frowning nor smiling. The duck kept coming onto the patio and the waiter would shoo it off. It seemed that the duck actually watched and hid if is saw the guy. From a sketch by DT Amarilys.
