I think the fuchsia is alright because it is an accent and it part of the wedding colors. If it wasn't part of the wedding that would be a different story. but I think you used enough of it without over doing it.
oh friend, your s/i/l very attractive, and such a handsome son, and a very adorable page you have created here, and so luv the ring of pearls and the awesome paper, and your lil flower blends so well with your s/i/l flower spray
I think the fuschia is perfect - really draws the eye into the photo because of the tie to the flowers on his mom. Great choices! The punches and bflies look great too!
I love the colors. they are very pretty. they will love this page as well. It brightens up the silver and white which is very elegant. a splash of color goes a long way...
Lovely layering and details, Anna! I think the fushia cardstock adds a perfect splash of colour and the other very pretty embellies render it wonderfully balanced! It looks marvelous!!!!!!!!!!!!! So elegant and classy!
I really like it! I think using the pink for the title is just perfect because it really pulls everything together, making your eye travel around the page from pink point to pink point ( does that make sense??!!)
Here's one for the wedding album I am working on. I have several albums in the works and I have just about decided to take a step back and concentrate on one album and hopefully get one finished.
The photo is of my dsil and his mother on his wedding day. My dsil really is not a pink person so I struggled with this layout. I tried using silver, white, and black lettering instead of the pink. The white and silver were just to light and the black was a consideration. Fuchsia and silver were the wedding colors so I stuck to the fuchsia cardstock. I think it might be a bit much, what do you think? Maybe I should have used black. It's kind of funny now knowing that dsil is not a pink person but fuchsia was one of their colors. And dd picked out those colors too.
The title used for this layout was inspired by Sgoetter here at sb.com. Here's the link to her layout:
She used the lyrics to the song her in layout but I decided not to even though the words are very fitting.
This is for the April Border Punch Challenge including the twist.
This is for the April Military Challenge using pink, at least one butterfly, and at least one flower.
