Give a Cheer
Found these cute baskets at a second hand shop. Made three cute Spring flower baskets! Painted the baskets with acrylic paint - matching the flowers - and covered it with Crackle Paint - Picket Fence. Some distressing to make the cracks show and different decorations for each basket. Put some fine aquarium gravel mixed with glue at the bottom of each basket to make them more stable and added some Spring green sisal fibers as grass. As "flower stalks" I used some painted wooden grill skewers. The flowers are all made with the Retro Flower Punch in different sizes. Used regular cardstock and then stamped and decorated the flowers - Stickles, Prima stamps (Notes & Damask) and some 3D lacquer. Butterflies & Ladybirds are from MM's Flutter papers.
