One of the things I miss most about the beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon is the Spring-time. Flowers and blossoming trees thrive in that mild climate.

Tulips are one of my favorite flowers and my friend April knows that. She is a wonderful photographer and every Spring, she sends me lots of her amazing photos so I can see the beauty through her lens.

April must have been flat down on the ground to get this gorgeous shot of the pink tulips. I love how the sunlight is reflecting through the flowers. I also love how proud they stand in all their pink splendor, faces to the sky. I think tulips sing of Spring!
