I layered (from the bottom up),purple cardstock, patterned paper, purple vellum. Next another layer of patterned paper edged with decorative scissors in a scallop shape. On top of this is a torn strip of purple mulberry paper. Across the strip I used 2 shades of purple fiber, and strung the lighter one with different buttons. I secured the fibers to each end with flowered brads. Punches from purple vellum and the same background patterned paper I used on the inside. Secured with eyelet. Lastly, on the cover I tied a verigated purple ribbon over the fold.
