Such a simple question, yet it's answer is sometimes hard to put into words. There are several reasons why I scrapbook. One reason being the creativity involved. The idea that each little altered item or mini album or page is a tiny piece of art uniquely made by me. It's my chance to show the world my talent and to make an impression of beauty. Another reason of course is to preserve those treasurable memories. Even the little daily mundane routine moments which don't seem so exciting can end up being priceless memories that you will hold dear to your heart. It's a chance to pay tribute to your past, your present and your future. The opportunity to save precious information for a future family member who you may never know and to give them the gift of knowing their past and where they came from. Scrapbooking is an amazing form of art and I am blessed to be able to enjoy it.
