Give a Cheer
Another layout from my new "San Diego Surprise Vacation" album. The paper kit had the ticket as part of the elements which worked great with the carousel theme. I also tried a simple sticker banner with gems which was easy and fun!
Charlie and I surprised our DS and DIL late one night by inviting our two oldest granddaughters to come on a business trip with us the next morning. What great parents to say "yes" and have the surprised girls ready to go when we came to pick them up the next day.
To add to the surprise and suspense, the other set of grandparents (from the Midwest) just happened to be attending the same convention - but didn't know the girls were coming with us. They were SO-O-O surprised and were wonderful to make time for us to be together as often as possible. We also surprised an unsuspecting Uncle, Aunt and cousins.
We will cherish this time for the rest of our lives.
