The theme for this Lo, came from my very own Love story... I met my DH 30 years ago, when my dad and Mom decided to take my little sister and I on the road. My dad was a pastor of a church, then wanted to travel and be an evangelist, so we set out on tour, and went from church to church, state to state, revival one after the other. (singing and playing instruments almost nightly--- I play the bass guitar--- in case anyone wondered...:) ) and we had a meeting schedule in Oregon. ( I'm from California) we got to this church, and the youth pastor ( just happened to be My DH mom) at the time, and so she came over to the church the saturday night before our revivial began picked my sister and I up to go to a youth get together at a pizza place, so we walked into the pizza place, and I seen my DH from a distance and right then fell in love, ( oh yes, I was young) but knew there was something I felt. well anyway, we barely talked,. but I was giddy-- we then seen each other again at church service the next morning, and began talking more, and so on, well before I left that revival he had asked me if I wanted to date, well of course I was on the road, so it would be a long distance relationship, but we both talked about it, and knew how hard it would be and etc... so we got to know each other over the next 6 months and through a few yrs. through letter writting,:) so I did a page to remind me about all our letter writting.... I wrote him daily. :) I would have used one of the old letters, but I just couldn't get it to match up right, and they weren't like mushy poems (type letters) it was more of like keeping a journal, of what we did daily, so they didn't look right for the Lo. maybe someday I will if I get a better idea. and I realize it's a photo of us now, but again I did it as a reminder of what we did in the past and to see where we are today. married 26 years later, :) TFL
