Each corner has an eyelet in it with ribbon pulled through. The buttons are adhered to the ribbon with 3 m double sided tape to stick to ribbon and then to vellum. I placed a little photo corner under this to stick vellum to background paper. I used papershapers letters for her name and buttons from Michaels again for daisies. Tie it with bows and I get a great big headache!!!
