I cut out this card from an ordinary white cardstock using my Gazelle. I think the same template is available for other electrical machines as well. If you want the address where you can download it send me a PM and I will give it to you.
I distressed the hearts and the edges, applied some Pearl Maker (silver) and attached the ribbon.
