A lo of my great grandmother traveling across country via train in 1924. The photo and post card were both dated 1924. I scanned the pic and enlarged it and then printed it on cardstock and distressed the edges with chalk. The post card is original -- it is held on with photo corners just at the top -- Unfortunately it was in a black album that clung to a lot of the writing. I can see the postmark and that it was to my grandmother from my great grandmother.
This is for the monthly sketch challenge --- we were challenged to use something old -- think a postcard from 1924 should meet the twist --- LOL.
The buttons are antique buttons from the 30's -- my dear sister in law gave me a whole box of them.
