I have three nieces graduating high school this year. I made them all cards like this- changing the paper colors to match their school colors. I printed everything on white cardstock using my PrintShop program, and then glued it all onto colored cardstock. Ribbon was added after the printed page and before the smiley face. I used foam stickers under the smiley face to give dimension.
