I used an old book shelf on top of a sofa table to crate this space. For organization I used kitchen storage baskets from IKEA. They were SO cheap. I used a Rubbermaid expandable Spice organizer for all the powders, flocking and Stickles. Only thing I think I will add is some under the cabinet lights for the top level and underneath the shelf. My overhead light is on the other sides and casts shadows. I have a space here with a self healing mat so that I can keep the dusty glittery mess away from my actual table.
