I made this little shadow box for my mom using her favorite picture of her and my brother.
The base is a 7 Gypsies shadow box I sprayed with Mustard Seed Glimmer Mist. The core design utilizes elements from the Crate Paper - Brook Collection (chip elements, papers, die cuts and rub-ons). I also used my favorite Prima fuzzy yellow alphas (I am gonna be so sad when I run out of those)! Taking inspiration from the patterned paper, I recreated a felt butterfly (with vellum wings) and a floral wire accent (that I sprayed with brown glimmer mist). I added paper circles and beads to the ends of that element and placed a chip board flower in the center. Oh and I used jewelry cording to outline the waves in the paper and a Viva Decor Pearl pen (in turquoise) to fill in the circles (just to give the flat paper some dimension).
