I've had this funny pic of my DD that I've wanted to scrap for a while. The Darker Side challenge gave me the perfect idea for it:) It was to do a Steampunk page...a what?! First I had to do a little research as I had NO idea what that style was. After figuring it out I knew I had the perfect pic:)
I had a ton of fun with this page! Used molding paste for the first time..completely inspired by Finnabair and her amazing gallery http://www.scrapbook.com/myplace/index.php?mod=galleries&u=294341. I made the scroll using distress inks, glimmer mist, and a "font brush" on my PSE. Really like the results and will have to try it again. The gears were cut from my sil using the Kfon font off the internet.
This is also for the UYS week #2 and the VLB challenges! Tfl!
