I've always loved to read. I go from one genre to the other. A few years ago it was historical romance novels, then mysteries, then time travel Romance. Now I'm back to mysteries. Not the heavy murder mysteries, but the "light" ones. Especially those with women sleuths.
Some of my favorites are: The Flower Shop Mysteries by Kate Collins ( Abby Knight) The Yellow Rose Mysteries by Leanne Sweeney (Abby Rose) The Psychic Eye Mysteries by Victoria Laurie (Abby Cooper) The Candy Shop Mysteries by Sammi Carter (Abby Shaw) (have you noticed a trend here with the Abby sleuths?) The Pennsylvania Dutch Mysteries by Tamara Myers The Goldy Schulz Series by Diane Mott Davidson The Scrapbooking Mysteries by Laura Childs
I 'm currently reading "One Bad Apple" by Shirley Connelly. Most of my books I get from Paperback Swap, a wonderful web site that I highly recommend. All it costs you is shipping to trade books with other like minded readers. I'm "friends" on Facebook with some of the authors like Kate Collins and Leanne Sweeney and subscribe to their blogs "Killer Characters" and "Cozy Chicks", so I'm able to find out what books are new in this genre.
