I have scrapped this picture before, many years ago...but it is one of my faves and I wanted to make a better page for it. Angelica's lo 4 ever my baby inspired this design. Thank you!!! I did a lot of inking to dirty up the page. The title just refers to that cute bottom there in the pic.
