This is a LO documenting Erin's truest wish for her fourth birthday--July 20th, 2009. Admit it....you're impressed with how I'm keeping up on my scrapping, aren't you? :P For weeks she talked about going to Applebee's for her birthday so they would sing to her and give her a sundae. When the time finally came, and they all gathered around and sang, Erin just looked shellshocked. She got very serious and solemn, and she wouldn't smile. Eventually, she did eat her sundae, but apparently the singing experience wasn't all she thought it would be! This year...she's asking for Olive Garden (no singing required!)
As a sidenote--my scrapping seems to be going through some strange evolution (or revolution). It appears to be my "less is more" phase. For instance, I really wanted to add butterflies to this LO...they're on her shirt, right? I couldn't find a place for a butterfly to live! So, this LO is strangely un-embellished for me. But, it feels done.
