Wow - that made up NICE! Love the blues and browns with that old photograph. The beaded ribbon is super and your cutwork is pretty amazing. Love what you did with the Dusty Attic clock - making it into a flower center. Genius, that's what it was - genius. :-)
I made this for the 6/17 Daily Challenge to use torn paper and for the Heritage Challenge. Almost everything you see is from the most recent Swirlydoos kit.
The photo is of my paternal grandmother when she was approximately 16. The journaling reads: I know so little about my Grandmother Hill's younger years. I know she was about 16 here and mad at her Daddy, so she refused to smile. But, I recognize that pout. It's the same one my daughters and I get when we don't get our way!
I had a lot of fun with the clock. I distress inked the edges of it, then sprayed the center with glimmer mist and finally applied Crackle Accents on top. It's mounted on one of the flowers from the kit.
