This is a LO that I recently completed. I printed the title on Bazzill CS and is used Scripto star stickers and put pop dots underneath for them to stick out. I also matted the title at the top and used decorative scissors on the edge. I also did the same with the bottom. I used epoxy stickers to spell out precious and another epoxy sticker that says "baby.
