Give a Cheer
I love the shade of red in this polka dot paper - it's fabulous. All of the chipboard elements are from Tattered Angels. I sprayed them with Lemongrass glimmer mist and then added some liquid applique embellishments. The ribbon was white; I sprayed it with Key Lime Pie glimmer mist. The chipboard letters are from the Tattered Angels Butterfly Framed Fonts Set. I sprayed them Oriental Poppy glimmer mist and then coated them with clear glitter.
