You know, I've been staring at this LO for 10 minutes and I must say that I LOVE it! It's handsome, it's stylish, it's so detailed and so masculing! Love your idea with jeans pocket - it's unique. Love the "style" beaded ribbon, it matches the color of guys' shirts and doesn't look girly as it could; it's really cool!
Thanks for sharing!

What a lot of details and great ideas. Of course the pocket and denim borders on genious here and I love the ribbon through the beads and that doesn't even address all the beautiful distress work. FAV.
Wow...what a fabulous idea! I love how you incorporated the jean pocket into this layout...& the comb & tag in it is even more creative! Fabulous design & adorable pics...like father like son right? :-) I'm crowning you queen of innovative layouts...& it's valid simply because I say it is!
Well better late than ever lol....this is for Father's Day. I wanted to use a pocket so I cut apart Andrew's old jeans (he had a fit asking me what I was doing to his pants lol). I also added 3 strips from those pants. I put a comb and a tag that says Just Like Dad in the pocket with 2 little mirrors on the outside. The scalloped ribbon has beads that says STYLE and it is on top of painted card board. Sorry the photos are blurry...they are super glossy.
Thank you Veronica (Artsyscrapmom) for the blue bg paper and the dark blue scalloped paper. Thank you Kay (mugglescrapper) for the tag I decorated and put in the pocket and the dark blue alphas. Thank you Jodi (twinkletwinklestarr) for the 3 little dad tags. Thank you Joann (Scrappinismymiddlename) for the blue scalloped circle that I used to frame my dad pp.
